Je ne sais quoi

Happy belated Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there. Hope you had a good one. I personally had a good weekend, even though am not yet a mother but hey, my dreams are valid. I’ll blog about it tomorrow and everything and everyone that made it awesome.
My title means literally, I know not what and this outfit is a lot like that. It’s chic and I do not know exactly why. It’s also dedicated to my brother who is/was in Paris, France. Oh, it’s pronounced as ge-ne-se-kwa.What can I say, I like to think that am fancy sometimes.
I wore this outfit yesterday to church and later, to dinner with the family. I think it was very appropriate for both occasions. What I loved most about it is the way the coat just worked so well with the rest of the outfit. Like there are those days you would wear a coat simply because you have to without it necessarily blending in. This coat however, blended right in. And to imagine it was bought almost four years ago. Talk about an oldie but goodie. Another oldie is the kitenge from which this top was made. I got it almost 2-3 years ago and only made something out of it this year. Now I ask myself, what was I waiting for all those years?
Would you imagine I wrote this post at 2pm, before I went for my driving lesson and I came back and it had not uploaded? So I’ve spent the whole evening trying to upload it and finally I managed. Praise Jesus!!!
